This is a founder review draft, not a final agreement. Confirm the legal operator, jurisdiction, billing terms, cancellation rules, and dispute process with qualified counsel before taking payment or onboarding customers.
Prototype status
Kiteward currently supports an account and a private server-side workspace profile. The profile stores business context and does not include generated plans, background automation, integrations, subscription checkout, or published output.
Draft outputs
Any future generated content will require separate product and provider configuration. You are responsible for checking the accuracy and suitability of any information before using it.
The current preview does not publish websites, send email or messages, run campaigns, or perform scheduled business actions. Any later release of those features will require separate provider setup, permissions, budgets, and product terms.
Plans and payments
Prices and limits on the public site are proposed launch values for review. They are not offers for sale, and no payment details are requested or charged. Subscription terms, renewal, cancellation, refunds, taxes, and billing support must be added before paid plans are enabled.
